    This is the Gloves By G process, from right now to your glove returning to you fully serviced:

    • Select and purchase your service from the Services page.

    • Confirmation Email is sent, which includes our Glove Shop Ticket to submit glove details and photos.

    • After submission, you’ll either be EMAILED shipping label or TEXTEDdrop-off address (NYC & Long Island only).

    • Send or drop off your glove.

    • We complete your service.

    • Your glove is returned — shipped back or ready for pickup.

  • We offer 3 relace packages - Triple Play, Full Relace, and Partial Relace.

    Triple Play - all-in-one package including a deep clean, full conditioning, and complete re-lace in your choice of color.

    Full Relace - removal of glove’s old laces, and replaced with fresh premium leather laces in your choice of color.

    Partial Relace - removal and replacement of 1-3 laces on the glove. Cannot be bundled with other service

  • A standard Triple Play or Full Relace package normally has a turnaround time of 2 days.

    During high volume periods, turnaround time increases to 3-4 days

    *Standalone services are individual services designed and priced to be purchased on their own or paired with another standalone service.

  • We offer over 30 lace colors to choose from. For webs and thumb/pinky loops, a slightly smaller range of color options is available.

    Colors are chosen after adding items to cart. If bundled with a relace, we will reach out for the additional details needed.

  • If your glove feels loose, the pocket has lost its shape, or laces are cracked, broken, or stretched out, it’s time for a re-lace.

    If you’re looking for a new style or a different colorway on the field, that is also a time to relace!

  • Leather is skin. Conditioner for your glove is like lotion for the hands. When your glove feels dry, stiff, cracking, or has taken a lot of dirt and buildup, it’s best to condition your glove’s leather.

  • Relacing your glove renews its shape, balance, and strength for a fresh, responsive feel. Ready after just few games of catch.

  • Yes — we offer partial relace services if other areas of the glove do not need new laces.

  • While we offer many services to address the majority of ballgloves and their features - we unfortunately have our limits.

    We do not offer:

    • Leather Tears (Only available in palm area, visit Leather Patch in services)

    • Sewing of Leather Tears

    • Painting of Leather

    • Label Replacement
